Which diameter suits my table?

A simple rule: the shade should be roughly half to two-thirds the width of the table. Ø 30 cm works over a bar, a nightstand or a small round table; Ø 40 cm over a table for four; Ø 50 cm over a six-seater or as a single statement piece in a large room.

Is a bulb included?

No — the bulb is not included, which is deliberate: this shade looks completely different with a warm 2700K LED than with a visible Edison filament. It takes a standard E27 base and runs on AC 110-240V, so you choose the exact character of the light.

How do I clean a silk shade?

Dust it with a dry soft brush or the low setting of a vacuum with a brush head, working around the drum rather than across the weave. Keep water and cleaning sprays away from the fabric. Done a couple of times a year, it keeps the shade even in colour.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Shipping is free on every order in the US. Orders placed before 5 PM EST are handled in 1-2 business days, then ship in 6-8 business days — about 7-10 business days door to door. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

What if the shade arrives marked or dented?

Fabric shades occasionally take a knock in transit. Photograph it and email support@seyaliving.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery — carrier damage costs you nothing to return or replace. For a change of mind the pendant must be unused in its original packaging with return shipping on you. No restocking fee.
