Is it loud enough to hear at night?

The DC motor is built for quiet running — that is the main reason to choose DC over a cheaper AC fan. At the lower speeds you get air movement without the hum or blade wash that wakes people up, which is why six speeds matter more than raw maximum airflow.

Which blade span fits my room?

36" suits a small bedroom, nursery or office up to about 10 m². 42" is the everyday choice for a standard bedroom. 48" covers a large bedroom or dining room, and 52" is for open living spaces above roughly 20 m². Leave at least 45 cm between the blade tips and the nearest wall.

Remote only, or can I use my wall switch?

Both options exist — choose "Remote Control" or "Remote Control + Wall Switch" when you order. The wall-switch version is the one to pick if you want the fan controllable from the door as well as from the sofa. Either way it is hardwired at 110-240V.

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?

Shipping is free on every order in the US. Orders placed before 5 PM EST are handled in 1-2 business days, then ship in 6-8 business days — about 7-10 business days door to door. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.

What if a blade or the motor arrives faulty?

Email support@seyaliving.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery — a damaged or defective fan costs you nothing to return, and we handle the exchange ourselves. For a change of mind the fan must be unused in its original packaging and you cover return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
