Frequently asked questions

How many pairs does it actually hold?

Around 12 pairs for the 6-Layer and 18 for the 9-Layer, two pairs per layer side by side. Bulky high-tops and boots take more room, so treat those figures as a guide.

Do I need tools to put it together?

No. It ships folded. You lift the top layer, lock the back panel in place and flip the front cover forward, then repeat for each shelf.

Will tall boots fit?

The bottom compartment is taller than the others and is made for boots and larger items. The shelves above are sized for regular shoes and trainers.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping is free within the United States. Orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

What if I change my mind?

You have 30 days to return it. There is no restocking fee, and returns are free if the item arrives defective.
